With a background in strength and endurance training, I bring a solid understanding of functional movement, body awareness, and healthy balance - the perfect complement to the precise practice of Pilates.
I completed my 300h EYT Mat & Reformer Pilates Teacher Training in a holistic environment in Bali, where movement, breath, and presence are deeply intertwined. I teach in English and German, with a strong anatomical foundation and a sensitivity to what happens in between the lines — your breath, your posture, your presence in the moment, just for yourself.
In my classes, you’ll find a blend of technical precision, mindful movement, and a safe space where you’re invited to be fully yourself.
